Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with us. Please note the following terms regarding returns and refunds:
1. All Sales Are Final: Due to the nature of our product, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
2. Damaged Products: If you receive a bottle that has been broken during transit, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Email Us: Send an email to contact@ghijune.com within 3 days of receiving the order. In the email's Subject field, provide your order number; and, to the email, attach photos of the damaged package and product.
- Replacement: Once we receive your email with the necessary details and confirm the bottle has been broken during transit, we will ship out a replacement product to you as quickly as possible.
