Ingredients:
- 2 cups of zucchinis
- 1 tbsp of cooking oil
- GHIJUNE Soy Vinaigrette
Instructions:
1. Using a spiralizer, spiralize the zucchinis into noodle shapes. If you don't have a spiralizer, you can use julienned zucchinis.
2. Cook the zucchinis until they are tender but still slightly crisp.
3. Once the zucchinis are cooked, toss them with GHIJUNE Soy Vinaigrette.
