Summer Harvest Salad

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb heirloom tomatoes
  • 3 figs
  • 1/2 peach
  • 1 burrata cheese
  • 1 stem of basil
  • GHIJUNE Soy Vinaigrette
  • optional: olives and cornichons

Instructions:

1. Slice and cut the ingredients to your desired size.

2. Arrange them on a plate.

3. Drizzle with GHIJUNE Soy Vinaigrette.
