Pesto Mushroom Toast

Ingredients:
- 1 slice of sourdough bread
- 1 tbsp of pesto
- cooking oil for sautéing onions and mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of diced onions
- 1/4 cup of diced mushrooms
- GHIJUNE Soy Vinaigrette
Instructions:
1. Toast the slice of sourdough bread.
2. Sauté onions and mushrooms until they are tender and browned.
3. Spread pesto evenly on one side of the toasted sourdough bread.
4. Spoon the sautéed onions and mushrooms on top of the bread.
5. Drizzle GHIJUNE Soy Vinaigrette.
