Ingredients
For the Fresh Pasta
- 1 cups all purpose flour
- 1 large eggs
For the Sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2–3 tablespoons GHIJUNE Soy Vinaigrette Dressing & Sauce
- Freshly cracked black pepper (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Chopped parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Place the flour on a clean work surface and create a well in the center. Crack the eggs into the well and gradually incorporate the flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and cut into your favorite pasta shape.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the fresh pasta for 2–4 minutes, or until tender.
- Reserve a small amount of pasta water, then drain the pasta.
