Cold Noodle Salad

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: this varies depending on the type of noodle you use

Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 to 3 oz. of greens of your choice (e.g., spring mix or kale is recommended)
  • 8 oz of noodles of your choice 
  • any additional vegetables and/or fruits as desired (e.g., cherry tomatoes and shredded carrots)
  • GHIJUNE Soy Vinaigrette. 
Instructions:

1. Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool them down.

2. Combine all the ingredients.

3. Drizzle GHIJUNE Soy Vinaigrette and gently toss.
